How Talents-OS Works
يبدأ المطوّر بإثبات مهاراته: اختبارات تقنية مُصحَّحة آليًا، تحليل نشاط GitHub، ومقابلة ذكية تكيّفية — تتجمع كلها في درجة TalentOS رباعية الأبعاد (تقني، جودة كود، تواصل، ثقة). ثم يطابق الذكاء الاصطناعي كل وظيفة مع أنسب المرشحين ويشرح للشركة لماذا رُشِّح كل شخص. النتيجة: قرار توظيف مبني على الدليل خلال أيام لا أسابيع.
Developers start by proving their skills: auto-graded technical tests, GitHub activity analysis and an adaptive AI interview — all combined into a four-dimensional TalentOS score (technical, code quality, communication, trust). AI then matches each job to the best candidates and explains every recommendation to the company. The result: evidence-based hiring decisions in days, not weeks.
